↩️ WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Kashmir420 accepts returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact. Certain products like opened smoking accessories, perishable items, apparel not in resalable condition, and those marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days with photo & video evidence, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless it’s due to seller error. A return authorization is required before shipping items back. Refunds or exchanges are processed within 7 business days of return receipt.

Eligibility Overview

We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of the delivery date (as shown by carrier tracking).

Please note that Items must be unused, unopened, clean, and in their original packaging, with all labels/intact—this ensures product integrity and safety.

Exclusions: Opened or used smoking accessories (e.g. papers, cones, pipes, bongs), perishable items, or items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

Return Process

Please take a video of opening our parcel, and mail it to us along with your order receipt if the product is found damaged or unusable.

Email support@kashmir420.com or call 1‑866‑233‑8796 with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) with instructions and the correct return address.

Ship items back within 10 days of RA issuance. We recommend using a tracked, insured method and keeping your receipt.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process a refund (minus any original shipping costs) or send your chosen replacement—usually within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

You’re responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged/incorrect item).

Faulty or Damaged Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or defective.

Provide photos and order details to expedite processing.

We will cover return shipping and insurance costs in these cases.

Exchanges

Prefer an exchange? Follow the return process above, then place a new order for your desired item. We’ll process refunds once the original item is received.

Non‑Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and legal considerations, the following are not returnable:

Opened papers, cones, tubes

Used pipes, bongs, dugouts, grinders

Apparel that isn’t in resalable condition

Items marked “Final Sale” or limited-edition products

Responsibilities & Conditions

Returns must be sent in their original packaging and condition—failure to comply may result in a refusal or partial refund.
We’re not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit—track and insure your shipment.
