Kashmir420 Affiliate Marketing Agreement

This Affiliate Marketing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Kashmir420 (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) and the participating individual or entity (“Affiliate”, “You”).

By registering for the Kashmir420 Affiliate Program, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated below.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To join the Kashmir420 Affiliate Program, the Affiliate must:

Be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
Provide a valid government-issued ID for age and identity verification.
Submit accurate and truthful information during the registration process.

Failure to meet or maintain these requirements will result in immediate suspension or termination from the Program.

2. Program Participation

Your participation is solely to promote the Kashmir420 website using approved affiliate links in order to earn commissions on qualifying product sales.

By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to:

Legally advertise our website and products,
Follow the rules set forth in this Agreement,
Act in good faith and represent Kashmir420 professionally.

3. Approval or Rejection of Application

Kashmir420 reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate application at our sole and absolute discretion.

You acknowledge that:

We may reject an application for any reason,
You have no legal recourse in the event of rejection.

4. Affiliate Commissions

4.1 Commission Rate

Affiliates will earn a 5% commission on qualifying Kashmir420 product purchases made through their authorized affiliate link.

4.2 Payout Threshold

Commissions are only paid once your account reaches a minimum balance of $15.

4.3 Payment Schedule

Commissions are paid once per month.
A referred customer’s account must remain active for at least 31 days before commission eligibility.

4.4 Non-Eligible Transactions

You will not earn commissions for:

Self-referrals,
Fraudulent or suspicious transactions,
Orders that result in chargebacks or refunds,
Any purchase made using your own affiliate link.

5. Affiliate Promotions & Advertising Rules

5.1 Permitted Advertising

You may promote Kashmir420 using:

Text or graphic links,
Your website, blog, social media pages, and email newsletters,
Online and offline advertising (magazines, newspapers, classifieds).

5.2 Prohibited Advertising

You may NOT:

Make false, misleading, or deceptive claims,
Spam via mass emails or message blasts,
Advertise on sites promoting illegal activity,
Use intellectual property without authorization,
Offer rebates, kickbacks, or cashback from your commission,
Promote unauthorized coupon codes,
Use cookie-stuffing, pop-ups, pop-unders, or auto-redirects.

6. Coupon & Deal Site Restrictions

Unless you are explicitly approved for coupons:

You may NOT advertise unassigned or private coupons,
You may NOT imply that coupons exist when they do not,
You may NOT use phrases like “Kashmir420 discount”, “Kashmir420 coupon”, etc. in search advertising,
You may NOT create pop-ups, iframes, or invisible tracking.

Violation will result in immediate removal from the Program.

7. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Policy

PPC advertising that uses Kashmir420 brand terms is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Kashmir420.

8. Termination of Affiliate Account

Your Affiliate status may be suspended or terminated for any of the following:

Use of inappropriate or illegal advertising,
Spamming or sending unsolicited messages,
Failure to disclose affiliate relationships in compliance with FTC guidelines,
Violating intellectual property rights,
Unauthorized use of coupons or misleading promotions,
Fraud, self-referrals, or suspicious activity,
Misrepresentation of the Kashmir420 brand,
Failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

Kashmir420 reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate at any time, with or without cause.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Kashmir420 is not responsible for:

Loss of commissions due to tracking failures,
Loss of website data or technical errors,
Indirect or incidental damages,
Interruptions in service or website downtime.

Kashmir420 makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Program.

10. Program Terms and Modifications

This Agreement begins upon your acceptance and remains in effect until terminated by either party.

Kashmir420 may modify any part of this Agreement at any time. Continued participation after modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

If any modification is unacceptable to you, your sole option is to terminate your Affiliate account.

11. Indemnification

Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Kashmir420, its owners, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, and licensors from any:

Damages,
Claims,
Losses,
Legal fees,
Costs,

arising from Affiliate’s negligence, misconduct, misrepresentation, or failure to comply with this Agreement.

12. Electronic Signature & Legal Acceptance

By completing the online registration, you acknowledge that:

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding electronic contract,
Your submission forms an electronic signature equivalent to a handwritten signature,
You understand and accept all terms of the Kashmir420 Affiliate Program.

13. Product Eligibility (Important)

The Kashmir420 Affiliate Program applies only to the following product categories:

Rolling Papers
Pre-Roll Cones
Rolling Tubes

Commissions are NOT paid on:

Accessories (e.g., grinders, trays, filters, stash boxes, pipes, bongs, etc.)
Apparel or merchandise
Any other non-eligible products

Affiliates must ensure their promotions accurately reflect this limitation. Any attempt to earn commissions on non-eligible items may result in commission reversal or termination from the Program.

Affiliate Signature (Electronic Acceptance)

Submitting the online affiliate registration form indicates full acceptance of this Agreement.
