“Cooking on High”

This show is about a culinary competition series that has a specific element that distinguishes it from other shows in the genre. That distinguishing factor is that each recipe prepared on the show must contain cannabis!!! Also, each dish needs to contain enough cannabis to get the judges high. Each episode pins two chefs against each other in a single round. The challenge is  to create a dish based on a particular theme and also using the chosen strain of marijuana.

The contestant who earns the higher score is awarded a golden pot (the kind you cook with). Despite the marijuana-centric aspect of the show, the contestants are legitimate chefs. Most have great backgrounds that include working as executive chefs. Some of them have also trained at Le Cordon Bleu! YouTube personality Josh Leyva is the host of the show. Along with him, comic and noted cannabis enthusiast Ngaio Bealum serves as the resident “culinary weed expert.” Get your munchies ready…it’s a mouth-watering competition!
